Guests remaining after check-out time will be charged for an extra day.
Deposit of One Night's Rental Required on Reservation. When making reservations by phone, deposit must be received within 7 days or reservation will be cancelled. When making a reservation in less than 7 days, A credit card deposit is required. Villa
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 full nights deposit. There will be a $25 cancellation fee on all other cancellations made.
Villas Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 21 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 full nights deposit. There will be a $100 cancellation fee on all other cancellations made.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to 8% Delaware tax.
Parking: 1 space per Motel room, 2 spaces per Villa.
No pets allowed on the premises.
No refunds for any reason.
Motel rates based on 2 person occupancy. $10.00 each additional person.
