VILLAS CHECK-IN TIME: 2 p.m.     VILLAS CHECK-OUT TIME:10 a.m.

  • Must be 21 years of age to register
  • All Rooms Are Non-Smoking
  • Guests remaining after check-out time will be charged for an extra day.
  • 2 BR villas have a 6 person occupancy limit.
  • Deposit of One Night's Rental Required on Reservation. When making reservations by phone, deposit must be received within 7 days or reservation will be cancelled.
  • Villas Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 21 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 full nights deposit. There will be a $100 cancellation fee on all other cancellations made.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to 8% Delaware tax.
  • Parking provided for TWO cars only per villa.
  • No pets allowed on the premises.
  • No refunds for early departures or inclement weather.
  • Payment Options: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Cash, Travelers Checks
